Often our clients are often concerned about the fees for architectural services. However at Lewis Architecture we always strive to provide a fair and reasonable fee in accordance with the project brief. This means that our fees will vary depending on the location and complexity of the project and level of the service expected from us as the architect.
We review fees based on total project cost, fixed price lump sum or on a time charge basis, dependent on your requirements. Our first conversation is free, so do not hesitate to get in touch and enquire about any project you may have.
